Opionions please! Im stuck!

So I've been with this man for 3 years. I have 2 boys to my previous 11 year relationship. Last April i fell pregnant with my partner of 3 years. I miscarried at 3 months. I thought he only told his mum we were expecting. Anyway hes just spoken to someone who he very rarely speaks to and they asked him about me and the baby......he replied oh she lost the baby. Thanks for asking though i appreciate it.He didnt know i could hear this part of the conversation i dont think. Hes not.mentioned to me that they asked! Am i being sensitive that he said she lost the baby. Did he not tell.me they asked so i didnt get upset.??? I dont know how to feel!
