Subchorionic Hematoma Stories?!

Last night I had some aching in my right side - thought nothing of it. Woke up this morning to a lot of bright red blood. Called my Dr (I’m currently out of state for two weeks) and she asked me to go in. (Back story - had a MMC in January so of course I’m assuming the worst at this point) Went in and US showed baby measuring 7w5d and a HR of 164. Last week little bean measure 6w1d and HR of 116. I should be relieved that all is ok as of now but I’m not. I’m stressed that I’m just going to lose this one as well. Any stories similar and all was ok?! Trying to remain calm but it’s hard… 😔

I had one with my daughter and bled a whole lot but she was fine. It resolved itself, she turned 3 yesterday.

I had a MMC and got pregnant 2 months later with fertility help. I had the same exact thing happen to me they found a subchorionic hematoma and I bled for a week. That baby made it to term she is now 3 and a half ♥️ I was terrified every day and got an extra ultrasound or two after the fact to make sure she was still healthy. I have faith you can have a positive outcome too. Now I’m on my 3rd pregnancy and I have another subchorionic hematoma but it’s small and no bleeding this time. So I guess it is more common than I knew.

I had a SCH and I bled so much and passed CLOTS it was so scary, but baby came out fine he just turned 1 yesterday! He’s my surrobabe. I became very anemic… so just be careful if you bleed a lot you can become anemic, and if your bleeding like a faucet go to the ER. I know it’s scary but remain positive 💓🙏

Last pregnancy I had one at 10w 2d. It was medium size, never bled and resolved on its on. I’m currently pregnant now 6w and have a small one. I haven’t experienced bleeding yet with this one either.

I got diagnosed with this as well at my early ultrasound to rule out ectopic because I had an ectopic pregnancy last August and then had 3 miscarriages after that all back to back. When I saw the spotting of dark brown blood I assumed the worst because that’s how all my miscarriages started. I also passed some tissue. I saw my midwife because of this and he told me I miscarried! Well I paid for a private scan the next day and baby is still there measuring 7weeks 2days right on track with heartbeat of 150! Due date 11/19 and I’m in the same stressed out boat as you but after doing some more research on my own I’ve seen lots of success stories of women having healthy pregnancies and deliveries 💓

I'm due Nov '24 and had bleeding and a large clot, ER diagnosed me with SCH. I'm terrified but all the recent scientific say it doesn't increase the risk of MC. I'm still at higher chance of MC because I'm 39 though.
