Touchy but quiet

So ive just got into a relationship and we are both very quiet around each other but touchy feely and we text morning and night and ask how each others day is going but we are very quiet when together. Not an awkward quiet more a comfortable quiet and we have had sex twice. I feel like im an over thinker but what can i do to get that conversation flowing? Cause im still quite nervous around him 😅🙈
