Worried somethings wrong with me

Im 23 years old, been trying to conceive for 18 months, gone for a blood test and everything come back fine but I honestly feel like there’s something wrong with my body why am I not getting pregnant, why is the whole journey off ttc so difficult and emotional, honestly don’t find this fun at all, can anyone relate? Partner says it will happen it just takes time but I see women getting pregnant
