Condom slip up during ovulation

i am losing my mind rn 🫠 i’m at peak ovulation (per my app) and last night husband and i did the deed with a condom. he goes to pull out afterwards and there’s no condom on him. it’s inside of me. WAY UP inside of me. i felt the baby juice on my body and on the sheets afterwards so i only have to assume some of it spilled inside of me too. i mean he said he felt the condom on him when he finished and then it just slipped off when he went to make his final exit 😭 we have a 10 week old baby!!! i just had my first postpartum period 2ish weeks ago!! idk what to do! plan b seems like a waste because 1) my app says i ovulated yesterday so it’s kind of too late to stop ovulation 2) im over 165lb and 3) i exclusively breast feed and though it says it’s “relatively safe” to breastfeed after taking it im just not comfortable with baby getting all those hormones that will pass through the breast milk. im gonna lose it if im pregnant, we wanted to wait like 3-4 years to have another and though im pro choice i am not personally comfortable with going that route. i will just see what god wants for us i guess 😩
