Been on my period for a month...help!!

Sooo I had a normal period start on the 12th of March for my normal 5 days but then it just carried on like a full period for a further week and then for the past two weeks I've been having like brown bleeding (tmi photo below). Went to the doctor and he said it's fine, it will go away.

I am on Hana the contraceptive pill, but I've been on it for the past year or so and ive always had regular normal periods.

Should I be worried .... I don't have any signs of an infection, no odd smells or anything.
