help plsss:)

okay so my daughter is 17 months old and i am 5 weeks pregnant, i just found out 4 days ago. i’ll post a pic of my pregnancy tests, but i’ve been having a lot of, i guess spotting but it’s heavier and more consistent than that. more than spotting but less than a period and it’s been happening consistently since a couple of days before i found out. it started off brown and was consistently brown which didn’t scare me as much until yesterday, now it’s red but about the same amount as it has been. i’m just wondering if anyone has had an experience like this and if everything turned out okay? I’ve taken 2 tests since then to make sure the lines kept getting darker and the lines are literally darker than the control lines.
