Ovulation
Are most people’s period apps spot on with ovulation??? I know testing yourself for ovulation is better but just curious because I am 4dpo have a extremely bad headache and cramping. I am wondering if these are mild signs of implantation to happen or if I be ovulating, but I also never feel these types of cramps unless my period is a couple days away.
