Preeclampsia ?

Did anyone test positive for protein in their urine and not get diagnosed with preeclampsia? I had an appointment today and had higher than usual blood pressure and they found protein in my urine. I have a follow up Friday but now I’m more stressed 😩

Pregnancy creates protein in the urine, preeclampsia is more related to hbp and lots of swelling. I’ve had severe preclampsia so I know what doctors look for to dx you.

Me. I have +1 and BP in the 130s/80s I’m on a BP med and I’ve had labs down weekly in L&D bc they keep sending me over. Nothing comes about it besides I’m dehydrated

I’ve had protein in my urine and continued to not get diagnosed with preeclampsia…that said…I am about to be induced this evening now as I now have high BP…

I had a friend experience this. Plus I had higher than normal blood pressure with no protein in my urine at my last appointment and they are having me track at home and follow up two weeks after my last appt and they will do an NST and growth ultrasound plus more lab work. Just be prepared to follow up but try not to stress… as hard as that is! ❤️
