Needing help!!!

What does this mean I'm so confused

Now a bit of a back story I am the product of a pregnancy to which blood and urine were neg through the whole pregnancy the Drs told my mother up until my birth that I was fake that I was all in her head that I didn't exist....I said that to say this I have had one positive then a neg and neg blood work but I am 2 weeks late having some I guess would be symptoms then these two tests like what is going on has anyone else had this happen and if so what were the outcomes.
