BBT rising post ovulation

I’m new to bbt, is it normal for temps to rise like this post ovulation or could this be a sign of pregnancy? I’ve been having prickly cramping the last 3 days. I knew it was too early but I took a pregnancy test anyway 2 days ago that was negative.

(FYI I was sick around the 10th when I was supposed to ovulate and ended up ovulating a few days later)
