I recently went for boudoir maternity photos, it was part of a flash sale where it was advertised as $33 for the session, i knew that i was gonna need to pay additional money for the photos themselves, and that the $33 was just the session fee

i went for the photos, i absolutely fell inlove with them and jumped the gun and said i'd buy them, they have my credit card on file from the session payment, i told them id set up a payment plan through afterpay...they told me the work wouldn't be edited or sent off for printing until it was paid off and i signed the contract

i haven't signed the contract or set up the afterpay payment plan...my invoice states its due june 21st, if i don't sign the contract or set up the afterpay, will they charge my card in full on the 21st of june?

i reallly want the photos, but we've had some unexpected expenses come up that are completely unavoidable and already feel like we're drowning, so much has happened this past week and it's costing us so much 😅 i just can't pay for these photos and hoping i didn't screw us over

as far as i understand, they can't charge me unless i signed the contract...all she did was take the photos (which i paid for in the session fee) and she uploaded the photos and we quickly designed my album...we're also in canada if that helps at all...TIA 🥲😅
