My vagina has been hurting for 9 months😭

Hello ladies, I'm desperately looking for any help I can get. My vagina has been hurting for a whole 9 months now. Have been treated and retreated and nothing seems to work for me. right now I'm being treated for nerve issues because Dr thinks it's the nerve that is causing the pain but over a week now and no improvement. You can imagine the desperation of hurting down there every single day. S*x is almost impossible for now. My husband is suffering too but when he thinks of the pain it's gonna cause me he gives up 😥.i don't use any products down there, no pants unless it's absolutely necessary. No Dr has been able to figure out what could be the problem😭😭
