I need very honest advice

Okay so I have a house and an apartment, but since I am moving out of my home town by June my husband wants to move back to the apartment and let the house go so he can help me with extra cash and the moving situation. Now I let my mom and Lil Brother take over the apartment but they let the rent back up to $3000 so they moved into my house so me and my husband is paying down the $3000 because it’s no problem. it’s in my name and I just like helping family so my brother wants to keep the apartment once I leave and I believe my mom is going to stay with him I don’t know if I should let them keep the apartment or give the keys back to the landlord and let them figure out their living situation on their own
