Shoulder issues

Hi. So I been having this cramp it’s like right below my right shoulder blade. I’ve had it periodically for about 4 years now. I went to a chiropractor a few times and I explained to him what was going on but after the sessions I had I don’t think you understood what I was saying. Or even cared but anyways. It’s like a sudden sharp cramp that stops me dead in my tracks. Now I realized if I tilt my head/neck backwards a little bit something pops and the cramp is gone. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had something like this happen to them. It’s pretty painful
