I’m 6 weeks and 1 day, and this is my first time pregnant! I’m looking for prenatal recommendations! Anyone have good suggestions?

My favorite are pink stork prenatal with DHA! Taken them for both of my pregnancies.

Garden of life are my favorite I use the gummies . You can find them on Amazon or sprouts. I also loveeeeee Rootd prenatal packets and I make semi mocktails 😂my favorite way is lemonade or sprite/ginger ale.

The most complete ones I’m aware of are needed, full well, and seeking health. I haven’t tried them. 
Avoid gummies if you can, they’re very incomplete so that they can taste good. 
You may not find everything all in one and may need to take some vitamins/minerals separately. Like choline (super important) and DHA.
