Weird symptoms and no period

So obviously more of a rant but i need to say it somewhere. My period is late. My period is usually pretty regular, never more than 2-3 days late. I do not currently track ovulation but i do track my bbt and symptoms to assume when im ovulating. According to the app i ovulated around the 3rd. According to my assumptions based on temp, discharge, and what i assume was ovulation spotting( i regularly get spotting during ovulation) around the 10th. Obviously i know there is no way to know ovulation without testing, but based on when i did test i feel confident in when i ovulated or at least that it happened around then. I am currently 19 dpo if i ovulated around the 10th. Around 14 dpo i tested and got a negative/evap. I had no symptoms other than i had spotted around 8-9 dpo, and light cramping. My period had already been due and never showed. Still has not showed up. My symptoms are currently light/mid cramps, some lower back pain that comes and goes, nausea after eating, headaches, and the last 2 days my nipples are SO sensitive. They hurt if i touch them at all, my chest feels heavy but i cant tell a difference in how my boobs look, other than they are hard like 90% of the time now too. Has anyone else dealt with anything like this. I plan on testing again tomorrow morning but i still just wanted some advice and to rant. Thank you for anyone who sat and read all of my whining.
