Red Bleeding Again… 18 days PP

I am 18 days postpartum. I had started to see a decrease in blood the past 4-5 days. It was yellow/pink/white color on my pad. Fast forward to yesterday I began having this bright red color again… I have been exclusively breastfeeding, and my daughter has been nursing me every 2 hours and sometimes even every hour. Could this increase in blood and cramps be from breastfeeding so much? Is this normal? I had a postpartum hemorrhage 5-6 hours after I gave birth on 4/12. I am freaking out.
