How do i lose weight?
im a teenager and im 5’5 (65 in) and 147 lb (66 kg). Ive tried EVERYTHING to lose weight (consistent workouts, fasting, dieting, counting calories, liquid diets, not eating) and nothing has worked :(
this really upsets me because im heavier than my friends and i wish i was skinny and my bf cant lift me up. PLEASE HELP🚨.
