Implantation bleeding?

We had unprotected sex during on my period. My period started on the 4th of April- 10 or 11. Had sex on the 7,8, and the 9. It was medium heavy to brown spotting as it got light when it finished. April 20th, I felt bit off cause I keep going to the bathroom frequently and tired. I took the test I see 2 faint line and one negative. I felt I am too early to test because of that. So I waited I messaged my doctor, they told me to give it a weeks and test again or wait til I miss my period. As I noticed last week I was spotting or it’s implantation bleeding ? I got the symptoms but I was hoping not pms but It was light pink and brown. It was light cramp and I keep going bathroom to pee frequently. No blood clots. I was spotting on April 27th to the 29. Just for 3 days, no heavy bleeding, I got headaches and bathroom frequently.
