To start off we have new neighbors. He likes to leave his trash in just plain trash bags and leave it outside so dogs & cats, raccoons and other animals can go through it. He never put it inside the trash can. My small dog got out once and was hanging out in my drive way, not sure if this guy seen my dog out and immediately thought oh hey there dog done it. Yesterday his trash was everywhere (my dog was inside the house) I seen on my camera that he whipped into my driveway got out screaming and the proceeds to go back to his house hits about 50 mph and dump his trash into my yard. I drove by his house seeing if he would come out to say anything and he just put his head down … today it’s trash day and the trash man didn’t bother to put his garbage in the truck due to it not being in the trash can. Idk If he does this dumping trash in my yard I will call the cops, I don’t like confrontation but this pisses me off especially when it’s not my dog.
