Disposable diapers or pads for post partum?

What do you all recommend? I don’t remember what I need wow 
I was given adult diapers but now I’m wondering if those will be enough to cover me for the bleeding… do I need pads instead?

I’ve never given birth so I’m not speaking from experience. But I’ve been recommended the adult diapers. I plan to have both the diapers and pads on hand for my postpartum.

Adult diapers!!! Always discreet were a lifesaver! Unfortunately, I didn’t figure this out until my 3rd child and wish someone would have told me to ditch the pads the first time around. They are so much more comfortable and discreet, I actually felt human walking out of the hospital!

I honestly used both. That way the diapers lasted a bit longer between changes and I just felt super secure in them
