Would I get pregnant if I had sex on cycle day 10

Hi I had unprotected sex on Sunday 4/28 which put me at cycle day 10 and today I got a peak test I think .. is it possible I can get pregnant my partner went out of town for work did I miss my opportunity?

My test today the top one was this morning and the bottom was this afternoon

This was my test this morning , should I still be getting a positive test like this ? How would I know if I ovulated
