Pulling away

Ive been dating this guy for about 6 weeks and we talk through FB Messenger. The other day I didn't get on Messenger for 15 hours and then when I did get on, he told me he noticed I wasn't activated for 15 hours and wanted to know what was wrong. I told him I was very sick that day and slept most of the day. A few days after I noticed his communication was less frequent.  He stated to me before he didn't know if he was ready for a relationship and for us to see where it goes. We have had sex several times already and he has slept over and cuddled with me. Last night he came to see me and immediately asked me again why I wasn't on Messenger that one day.for 15 hours and he saw a hickey on my chest and he asked me what the deal was. Since we are only dating however I see other guys. He acted very jealous and said something like "you know things are going to be different now." He had sex with me last night, stayed over and then took me out for breakfast this morning. He then headed back to his house (about an hour away). He texted me when he got home and I asked him how he was and he left me on read. That was today at 12:30 p.m. and it is now almost 7 p.m. and I yet havn't heard from me? Should I assume he is going to pull away/ghost me? With him getting jealous, did he really like me?
