Would love to get help with BD day of 1st positive!

Would love to get help with this, so Igot a positive on cycle day9 3:48pm but just that morning, 4/22 8:18am was low 0.44. We BD that early morning anyway and the only chance we got for that week. I feel my period is coming today 🙄. So just wondering is it possible for some people egg to leave so quick ? Most say 12-24 hr, but we bd the day of positive next day was peak, I know the more the bd the better just wondering how soon do you guys know our eggs can leave? cause It’s not easy catching it 😹
