What will the ER do for fectal impaction?

6 months pregnant & in SEVERE 10/10 pain. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it feels like the pain is far too much. Vomiting all night. Been trying to take all sorts of laxatives, magnesium, some fiber, water, movement as tolerated… nothing is helping.

Enemas also don’t help. Will they give me any type of baby-safe meds for pain? Is there any way to have this surgically removed or something? I am so desperate for relief but I don’t want to go be forced into an uncomfortable waiting room for 5+ hours to be told they won’t do anything
