No chance of milk returning?

I was breastfeeding my baby, my boobs were hard & full in the beginning when my milk came in.

He ended up being in & out of the hospital 5 times due to his jaundice. He was on the light for 12 hours those 4 times & 24 hours one day. I couldn’t breastfeed as he wouldn’t latch because of the goggles & the blanket light he was too irritated I guess. And he couldn’t be off the light. So the nurses had me pump every 2 hours & top up with formula.

He was born April 22nd. The last 2 weeks or so my boobs have been soft & squishy lol, but still leaking. I don’t want to give up breastfeeding fully, how do I get my milk supply back up? Is it possible? I have a pump, would pumping help?
