I’m really confused please help

Friday was the first time that I tested (around 5pm). I used the easy @ home hcg testing strips. I took 1 test it came back positive. I decided to take another 2 tests a few minutes later using the same urine sample. Those two came back positive as well. (Total of 3 positive tests). Later Friday night up until today Tuesday no more came back positive just all negatives. I am confused if I am pregnant or not and why would 3 tests come back positive at the same time?
