Recently I've been diagnised with Type 2 diabetes. I am not pregnant nor inactive. I had GD while pregnant 5 years ago. I work on my feet for 8 hours a day sometimes more. My after eating glucose levels have been fine but my morning is very high. Is there anything i can do before bed to decrease these levels. I am eating lowcarb, getting between 11-15k steps daily, drinking(attempting) 1 gallon of water daily. Not starting medicine unless i cant get my numbers under control in the next 2.5 months.
