Lump on panty line

I’ve had this lump for 6 weeks now. It is about 2cm long on my inner groin. I noticed it after wearing boy shorts that had got tight on me / after shaving one day. I did see my OB a month in and she informed me it was a lymph node, that they get swollen and over time it will go down. She said I probably had an ingrown hair / folliculitis.

Well that was weeks ago and lump is still present. Went down in size but today my undies were tighter so now it’s enlarged.

Should I be concerned? My OB doctor seemed so annoyed that came in to see her. Her bed side manner was off and she was short. I have never had this happen to me before.
