Breastfeeding issue need help!!!!

My 9 week old has stopped wanting to nurse. I went back to work almost 2 weeks ago, she had a cold (coughing) at the same time and on top of that got her 2 month old shots 4 days after. She started off not wanting to nurse as long to now I cant get her to latch at all. If I do get her to latch she refuses to actually nurse. She will take a bottle no problem but I really dont want to pump if Im with her. We had no problems with nursing up to this point. What can I do to get her to start nursing again?? I have tried changing bottles incase of nipple confusions we have used advent natural and boons. I have tried nipple shields. I have tried starting on a bottle then changing to nursing. I just ordered the Emulait bottle hoping that it will help.
