Is this a peak?

My app is telling me it’s 200% I’ve never had one this dark. I stopped testing for about a year but recently got a pack & started testing Monday. I didn’t test yesterday because I’ve got a terrible sinus infection & couldn’t get outta bed (also my husband bought me Mucinex sinus-max yesterday which I started first dose). I took my pills after breakfast & just decided to take a test now since I missed yesterday & really wanted to get a better idea since last month I was late. I’m usually 28 days last month I was 6 days late but tested negative. Should I Bd today or tomorrow or both ?
