Measuring a week ahead

Hi everyone I’ve had a tricky pregnancy and history of ectopic/ MC. So I’ve been seeing fairly early, I came today for ultrasound. Based on LMP I should be 5 weeks and 3 days but they told me I’m measuring 6 weeks and 3 days??? I’m so confused???? Also only saw yolk sac..

my beta is reading 25,000.

I’m so confused.. I came to ER so wasn’t really much help.

I’m so confused how I can be measuring a week ahead? We’ve been trying for months so I test every month, that would even be possible? The doctor said the techs are accurate. Has this happened to anyone?

I see my actual OB Monday.
