3rd round of IUI, nerves are getting to me!

This month is our 3rd round of medicated IUI. My doctor increased my Folistim injections from 37.5 to 50 and I took that for 8 days leading up to my trigger. We skipped the Letrozole this time around. I previously was taking Letrzole for 5 days and Folistim for 3-5 (pending my follicle development). I’m unsure what my follicle size was this time but they said my hubbys semen count post wash was one of the highest they’ve seen. I’ve been taking progesterone suppositories nightly since May 7th and I’m due to take my pregnancy test on Monday. I’ve had slight mild cramping off and on for a few days and I’m still tracking my bbt daily. My temps are all over the place (no they haven’t been taken at the same time every day, and they’re taken with my Apple Watch). I’m so nervous to take another test and end up getting my hopes up. I’m just not feeling confident anymore as it gets closer to test day. Has anyone had erratic temps and still ended up with a BFP??
