Thoughts please

I have a daughter that is 5 1/2. I am ready for another baby. I have been with my spouse for 2 1/2 years. We have discuss getting married and having kids. We have lived together since the beginning. I am older by 2 1/2 - 3 years. He says he wants a baby with me but is not fully ready. I ask why he says he doesn’t know. But then says if it happens it happens. He pulls out everytime but has admitted that he does alittle bit. I feel like since it is his first baby he is scared but won’t admit it. Idk what to think… helpp
