Bottle aversion

Anyone else going through a bottle aversion? My little is 4 months old, and has been exclusively nursed since 7 weeks. Before that she was exclusively bottle fed due to difficulty latching. Well now she will not take a bottle at all. We have tried different brands, different flows, shapes, feeding before she gets too hungry, walking while feeding, feeding her in a different room from where I nurse. I have been out of the house, or in a different room. I feel like we have tried it all. Any tricks anyone has? Are we the only ones?
