Milestones

Hello my baby is 10 week old and from researching on google she is still not completely doing what is expected such as:

1. She smiles but only occasionally when I am enternainibg her a lot.

2. She does follow me and daddy when we move side to side or when we leave the room but she does not follow an object with her eyes.

3. She doesnt turn her head where the sound is comibg from but she reacts to them. Stops what shes doing to listen.

4. Shes not sucking her hand onky if she finds them near her mouth or I offer.

Does anyone is expercieng somethibg like this?
