Help! Implantation or period?

Question

So, I’m not duet period for another 7 days, I’ve had bleeding. Started yesterday and finished today, fairly light, with no clots. Also been having back ache, headache, SUPER tired, nausea and slight dizziness. Could this be my implantation or surprise period?

Implantation bleeding is rare and only should be when you wipe. Spotting can happen for so many reasons. Its hard to say what is causing the spotting based on how it looks. All spotting is going to look similar regardless of what is causing it. If it is due to implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days.
