Little to no symptoms

I am 6 weeks and 4 days today and am having very little symptoms. I have the sore breasts and frequent urination but I’m not having the typical nausea and vomiting. I get a wave of nausea every now and then but nothing serious. I see in my glow app forecast that I could be experiencing it this week, but nothing. I haven’t had spotting at all. I have my first appointment week after next. And I’m trying not to be anxious about it. I just wondered if anyone else had little to no symptoms in their first trimester?
