Empty sack at 6w

I need hope...Had an US yesterday at 6w LMP.I know i ovulated late and was taking clomid so dates are very known. With late O i should realistically be 5wk 4days.They found a gestationalsack measuring 6or7? Wks (tech said 6, radiologistsaid 7...) do i have any hope to grasp at? Feeling like i dont and havent been called by doc yet to even know what the next steps are. I had early ultrasounds with my 2 boys and saw them at <6wk.
