Leaking at 24 weeks?

I’m 24 weeks with my first and I am literally LEAKING colostrum 😭 i started leaking around 20 weeks and it’s slowly getting worse. This is how much I leaked from one boob in 30 minutes. (Caught it with a haka.) It doesn’t happen all the time but I can feel when it’s going too. My bobs get so sore and my nipples hurt 😭
Is this normal? Ive heard of this happening towards the end of pregnancy or when you’ve already had babies. But this is crazy to me 😫

I’m 25 weeks I don’t get near that much but mine occasionally have droplets on them and gross crusties 🤣 this is my second kid but my first was 7 years ago.

I leaked more with my first pregnancy than i did with my second or current pregnancy. I think maybe i was more hydrated with my first, where as now im stuck in busy mom mode and often don’t drink enough water

I leaked a lot with my first, it was usually from pressure from bad posture like my boobs squishing against my belly. If you're losing a lot maybe just go ahead and save like you are you may be needing it later, you never know. 
It's also "normal" to have pain when you're starting to nurse/express and it can also cause a big flood of emotions. I remember it feeling like pins and needles and I would almost always feel the urge to cry. Just go ahead and cry but try to use it as a release not an overwhelming sadness. There's a ton of emotions and grieving your old life when you become a mom so don't fight the feelings that come with it. After a few weeks both of those symptoms went away and instead I could feel my let down starting and it wasn't a painful sensation anymore.
