Feeling warm and tired

Guys I’ve been feeling really warm. It’s like a fever but not a fever. Since like 4 or 5 dpo it’s been fluctuating between 98.04 and 99.05. And I’ve been feeling extremely tired and mild breast tenderness. Anyone feeling the same? Very mild cramping too
