Most places put a notice when late. If you pay within those days, it’s all good. 
However, rather than post someone else’s business, with identifying names, just talk to him.

You know going through other peoples mail is a felony right? Much less posting it to the whole internet assuming without his consent? To answer your question yes, he was evicted. It quite literally states that his occupancy and posseasion of the home was terminated and he must be out by a certain date. However Im pretty sure landlords are required to give a 30 day eviction, im not sure if 3 days is legal. I suggest being an adult and having a concersation with him about it and look into the laws of your area.

This is a notice to terminate. If he does not leave the premises within three days, the landlord will file with the court and he will receive a legal eviction notice. So yes, I would say you need to get your daughter out of there. He's going to need to leave.

Yes he’s being evicted.  Local laws determine the amount of notice the landlord has to give before they can file paperwork with the courts and have the county sheriff or other law enforcement remove him from the property.
