Came back as 28, had them redone on Monday and came back as 57. Had a very early scan yesterday but

Nothing was visible as we knew anyway not sure when I ovulated or even when I conceived as having <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> … on the report it says pregnancy confirmed but unknown location ? are did my HCG and it’s 78 it’s going up but not much I feel ? I have a reset tomorrow so we will see what that says on Monday …. Anyone else have something similar and had a successful pregnancy ?
