Progesterone and hcg levels

Im 4 weeks today. And got my blood levels back 52 hcg and 20.2 progesterone. I was prescribed progesterone because my doctor would of liked it to be more than 25. Anyways i had a miscarriage last year around the same time this year and im having really bad anxiety. Going back on Tuesday to recheck the levels. Have any of you experienced this and had a successful pregnancy? Ps i have 2 live births and had 2 miscarriages and this progesterone was never a thing. Should i worry?
