So confused about my BBT chart!
I thought I ovulated on CD 13 because I had a slight shift in bbt. However, it was a little confusing because it wasn’t as high as my normal shift, but it still was a shift I would say. But then on CD 19 I had some left-sided pelvic pain like I do around ovulation, and now my temps are really rising. So would it be safe to say I actually ovulated on CD 19? I just don’t understand what that middle shift could be then.
