Could I be pregnant and test negative

I had unprotected sex when I was right at the beginning of my ovulation cycle. I am now 7 days late and I’m testing negative. I have an extremely regular cycle. I’m having extra discharge, breast are sore and itchy, I’ve gagged a handful of times due to bad smells when usually I have a strong stomach and fighting extreme fatigue. Should I wait a few more days and test or just assume that my body is off for some reason this cycle and that I’m not pregnant
