32 Weeks with Polyhydramnios

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my third baby and I was diagnosed with polyhydramnios yesterday at my ultrasound. They did not give me a clear understanding of what it means for the rest of my pregnancy. My c section is scheduled for July 29th at 39 weeks but baby is already measuring at 5lbs 5 oz. They said they will discuss it at my next appointment but that’s not for another two weeks and it’s just a phone appointment. Has anyone experienced this and has an idea of what they will want to do or recommend? I’m going to go crazy not knowing anything for two weeks.
