He's gaslighting me about helping

My twins (3yr) father has been verbally, emotionally, and mentally abusive for awhile. We dont know where we stand but we sleep in separate rooms. We recently had a discussion about me starting to paying half the home bills (I pay my own personal bills) since we're not concret in our relationship,and it led to me remind him that I buy the majority of the girls diapers. We had an aggrement that i would do the home down payment and he would oay the house bills. He says im a liar and a forgetfull woman when I know for a fact that I have. Ive purchased 80% of diapers and ive bought evey single shoe and all their clothes minus one time he bought onsies. He wants me to pay half the house bills but he doesn't contribute financially to the girls. He thinks its disrespectful for me to lie so he feels no way about calling me a forgetful woman. Im really annoyed because hes trying to take credit for things he doesnt do ugh. I recently took the girls on a family cruse and he refused to help at all because he didnt want them to go (no clothes, no plane tickey help, no food money, not one dime) Its so crazy.
