New to breast feeding and have a question

My milk just came in last night, today my boobs have felt super full and heavy even after he eats. Is it still normal for them to feel really full after he eats??

I do 10 min on each side. And sometimes let him eat after the 10 min is up. Every 2-3 hours. But he just finished eating and they feel so uncomfortable with how full they are.

I have tried breast feeding with my last two babies and dried up super quick. And I’m scared that if I just let them be full they’re gonna dry up 😅 could be completely wrong though lol, I’ve been told not to pump or use my haakaa yet though
